Cooling hoses continued

Had another trial fit of the hoses tonight.  I have decided on the position of the expansion tank which will be mounted to the bulkhead next to the steering column.  This allows the 19mm to feed around the side and then in front of the engine, teeing into the 25mm pipe from waterpump to radiator behind the wishbone.  The 25mm from the thermostat will have a slight bend around infront of the engine to the top of the radiator.  I will need to move the starter relay by about 100mm for this to work.

The 8mm from top of thermostat will loom round and connect to the top of the thermostat.  There should be no need to use the 90 degree elbow I bought for this.

The issue of the pinch point between the gearshift linkage can be resolved by cutting the end of the bracket off and fabricating a new end that relocates the push/pull cable about 50mm closer to the bulkhead.  This will give enough room for the 25mm hose and even line the gear shift mechanism up better than it is.
